@Furmo8 @chrisnaisbitt69 you can hate me mate, but that isn't okay. Wanting to kill Sol because of his performance in a game of football.

I get it, I am tired too. Always the bridesmaid, never the bride. But Kim Hellberg was Scott's choice and I hope he stick's around now to help him build a squad he needs. Scott leaving could lead to a new man disliking Kim and we are back to square one.

@GrizzWM I agree, I think they are trying to scour the globe when in the EFL we need proven EFL players.

@inrictus Think we just need better scouting department regardless. Whoever was in France and Orchestrated Sene Kante and Sabaly and justified those fees is not in the right job and I highly doubt that was Scott himself. Maybe Scott’s replacement will freshen the place up top to bottom

@GrizzWM I said it also, going with proved English strikers would've been better. Maybe they have learned the hard way like we have watching it.

@inrictus The recruitment in summer was also a disaster. And CFs offered like cheikh sabaly who has since moved to MLS for €1 million euros months after we offered 3? And Konigsdorfer who has just agreed a free transfer away from Hannover after both players had stinking seasons?

@m_hill19 We are also in the Championship though, trying to attract consistently good players is difficult as most are probably in Prem or lower Prem. We are required to try and find gems, for cheap and that has high risk, high reward.

@inrictus The signing of too many poor players is also a major concern for which Scott is ultimately responsible. The odd gem that we then sell after 6-12 months is not going to get us promoted, especially when we waste any financial gain on duds like Sarmiento, sene, Hansen etc.

@m_hill19 We did but we also thought those players like Strelec would be ten time better than they have been, no matter the manager.

@inrictus This was after years and years of overhauling the squad every time we sacked a manager as each new manager wanted his own players to suit his style of play. If we’ve bough players solely to fit rob Edward’s after 3 years of carrick then that’s a failure of Scott’s

@m_hill19 Agreed and what I thought also, but they have switched to trying to give the Managers player's they want on top of that. Its a fine balance not always gotten correct.

@inrictus If that’s true then that’s the main problem and a further point for which Scott would deserve criticism. When he was brought in the plan was to have a style of play that ran through the club at all ages with head coaches brought in that suit that style.

@Tessek1983 I agree, that was a Hellberg want though and he came in seriously unfit.

@inrictus True but many also highlight Sarmiento, who has/will cost millions and barely kicked a balland when he has has been poor

@JayShaw180 We all thought they would be fantastic, they were not. They have always tried to give the Gaffer what they wanted. Carrick into Rob into Kim has hurt that, leaving players ultimately not good enough for Kim's style

@inrictus No excuse for last January’s transfer window or the abysmal signings of Sene, Kante, Hamilton to name but a few

@Jack_2o1 He was behind the summer rebuild for Rob. We all thought at the end of that summer window, we had recruited well. We all thought Strelec would be insane, he was not.

@inrictus If he was behind the terrible summer signings and the shit January window, then I’m not really bothered if he leaves.

@izzyslovenian @inrictus I’m not talking about just January, and if you are telling me the entire club comes to a stand still because one member of staff calls in sick then we really are fucked! I just think his record over his 5years here has been very hit & miss, more miss than hit in my opinion.

@DavidJRennie @izzyslovenian I get what you mean, It didn't come to a stand still. But having him completely out of office would not have helped seal deals he would have been sorting. That January was weird, we all knew that and I personally think it had a lot to do with it.
