Been doing some coaching job interviews with BigV teams here in Aus.
2 clubs told me they felt my pre-season conditioning was too hard. Plan was to have two 30-Min conditioning blocks a week.
Is this a me problem, or a cultural problem?

@haydenthecoach @thebrickcleaner Probably depends on the balance of when you start, when the season starts, and what you’re planning.
I’ve always favoured game based conditioning for seniors, as it allowed me to get some schemes in too, but have primarily started post Xmas. I think before Xmas - have at it.

@fintwat1 Is a fascinating topic - we have had an eye on football. The age grouping of competitions becomes prohibitive, but at some of the HP camps they loosely bio banded athletes to courts to compete with great results, but some predictable drawbacks (parents). Will work on a pod!
