Heavenly Father, Thank You for the protection You provided us while we rested & this day that You woke us up to witness. Today is the day we reflect on Your victory over death itself. Today is the day we acknowledge Your sacrifice & triumph over sin. Today is the day all of Your children acknowledge & declare Jesus is Lord, He is King, He is risen! Lord, forgive me for my sins, debts, & trespasses. I forgive all who have come against me, who have slandered or gossiped about my name. I confess, Lord, that while I don't hate anyone, I am struggling with anger. It is involuntary, & I don't know what else to do but put it down, walk away, & avoid those people. Forgive my negative thoughts, clean my heart, & help me through this struggle. Lord, I pray You remove these demons who egg on these thoughts & all the sins they tempt me with. I rebuke the devil who takes joy in my struggle with sin, in the name of Jesus. Lord, align my walk today with Your will.
