been over a month and @Meta still hasn't fixed the facebookexternalhit/1.1 spam.. i wonder how much of @Cloudflare's bandwidth and resources is being wasted on this across all their zones

the @KatalonPlatform recorder extension for chrome seems to be preventing @Cloudflare bot challenge and hCaptcha from loading at all due to "blocked script execution" errors

@MarkShust Sorry, "what else for flush" I meant only in the context of M2 cache tags/entries, stemming from my experiences where flush was needed because clean didn't fix the issue. Only thing I could think of is M2 was still using old version prefix and clean specifying a diff version
English

@RobOlmos There are external caches in Magento (think Redis and external stores), not related to cache tags, which flush clears out. I read over the article again and noticed that I didn’t mention this! Thanks for pointing this out — I’ll add it in.
English

@MarkShust Thanks for the reply, I did read through the article. The way I understood it is if clean does all the tags, what else is there for flush? Eg, "delete * from cache where tags = <all possible tags>" vs. "truncate cache".
English

@RobOlmos Flush also clears external storage that is above + beyond the normal cache tags in Magento. The article should help clear some things up for you... please let me know if it does not and I can expand on it for you.
English

@MarkShust Is clearing all cache tags the same as flushing? I've had situations where a clean didn't resolve the issue and a flush was needed

@FirstAlert @Resideo @Honeywell_home the contact form fields on First Alert are broken desktop & mobile, it doesn't send a confirmation case# email, and the annoying "create your personalized.." popup can't be dismissed on mobile blocking most of the page
