@SinBinVegas Before this, I would have argued that you allow McCrimmon an opportunity to course correct in the offseason. Now, I think failure this season should cost him his job. Do you think he stays if they flounder?

As of now, it appears assistant coaches John Stevens, Dominique Ducharme, Joel Ward, Sean Burke, Sean Ferrell, and Dave Rogowski will all remain with the team. With Tortorella only signed through the end of this season though, changes should be expected this summer.

So, it's basically a coin flip between them and Thompson has seen Theodore's signature move many times in his life. Eichel is 0 for 5 this year and 28% in his career. Dorofeyev is 2 of 7 this year and 20% in his career.
