@GNRailUK Thanks. That email doesn't actually work as the attached undeliverable email shows. The correct domain is greatnorthernrail.com (without the "way" in railway).
Instead I have emailed customerservices@greatnorthernrail.com which seems to work much better.

English

@Rob_Withey Hi there. If you contact the team directly here -customerservices@greatnorthernrailway.com
. They will be able to assist with this ^Scottie

@gnrailuk My Key Smartcard expired last year, and it seems like there is automatically an application started for a replacement. But it's been stuck at the "Application submitted" stage as shown in the attached screenshot for several months now.
How can I get a new Key Smartcard?

English

@StevieECampbell @bt_uk Not me, but I do notice that the BT app always tells me a lower number than a speed test. Have you tried speedtest.net to double check the speed?

English

@GNRailUK @lokyin923 You sure? I believe the delayed 7:08 from Biggleswade to Kings Cross is a great northern service. That seems to be affected by delayed crew, from a Thameslink service perhaps?

English

@GNRailUK I would prefer if my journey was only delayed by 25 minutes, as would you I suspect given that it's just under the next delay repay threshold. But as is pretty much the case every single time, you've once again woefully underestimated the scale of disruption.
English

Lines have now reopened. But to ensure this issue does not repeat, it will take a while to get trains back on the move👍
🕓 If you are in the affected area, your journey time may be extended by up to 25 minutes - please allow additional time to travel and look out for station information screens.

@chet_45 @virginmedia @bt_uk Had Full Fibre 900 Halo 3+ with Hybrid connect for two months. It's not cheap (£74) but so far I've found it to be fast (930Mb down, 110Mb up) and very reliable. Digital voice is super clear. The Hybrid Connect gives peace of mind, but fortunately not really had to use it yet.
English

Looking at moving away from @virginmedia, £65 a month from £48 is just ridiculous for broadband only.
Whats your experience with @bt_uk full fibre, speed and reliability are key.
English

@educatedpork And now for something completely different - a Spectrum 48k using one of my spare HDMI converter boards. Comes complete with the whole tape loading experience using PlayZX from my phone. Was a lot of fun to play Quazatron, Jetpac and Manic Miner again after all these years.

English

@educatedpork All finished. My N64 now has an HDMI port. Who doesn't love a bit of Mario Kart?

@Illtydeyes @bt_uk You're definitely not the only one. It's not worked for me since at least May. Reported it many times, still not fixed. x.com/Rob_Withey/sta…

Hi @bt_uk, My BB contract is up for renewal soon. You're not showing me many offers and the EE offers link doesn't work (as I have reported previously). Can you confirm that if I let the contract expire that service will continue on my current deal on a month-by-month basis?
English

@bt_uk It's not been working for weeks - I can't be the only one!! Don't get all 'Post Office Help line on me now!
English

@bt_uk
When oh when are you going to fix your website so I can SEE what deal you are offering me for your broadband (or are you keeping me away until the offer expires??)
English

@Rob_Withey @bt_uk That’s cute. This is what I’m getting and they say it’s ok. So, I paying for more than Four Times what they admit they are technically incapable of providing.

English

@bt_uk If you’re switching to full fibre, be aware that although Bt will sell you their 900 package, their router won’t actually provide that into your house. Only to the router. So, they charge you for a service that they can’t actually provide.
English

@Stokesy88 @bt_uk @EE Ha, snap. EE have been working to fix this error since May...! When I phoned the upgrade team to renew my contract recently they also couldn't see any EE deals for me. Still not fixed.
My full fibre 900 is awesome though, so hopefully I don't have to worry for 2 years.

English

@bt_uk All sorted now, thanks. Your sales team was able to set me up with a new deal. Interestingly they were also unable to see any EE deals, and this was eventually attributed to me currently being on a GFast service, which is not something EE (nor BT in the near future) support.
English

@Rob_Withey Hi Rob. Your offer would continue to roll on to a month-by-month basis. It's strange the offers don't appear. I definitely recommend getting in touch with our Broadband Sales team so that we can take a look to ensure you're getting the best value for your money. - Michael

@willaurason @eon_next I'm back in. I had to clear the cache and data on the app and then set the app up from the beginning. I guess there is something incompatible about data from the old app version that prevents the new one starting after the recent update (and blames the gremlins).
English

@melwood671 @TakiUdon_ Yep, that matches my experience exactly. The Mega Pack triggered the pre-entered address to be rejected for me too. Anything else and the address is fine.
English

@Rob_Withey @TakiUdon_ Strange. I did a test run yesterday with the analog IO board until the point where you actually pay and the system did use the German address from the registration without any problem. Today I added the Mega Pack and it wanted a new address and I run into the ZIP problem.
English

@TakiUdon_ @melwood671 In my case it rejected my pre-entered UK address, then wouldn't accept my UK postcode when I tried to fix it, so I couldn't order.
5 minutes later I returned and went through the motions of ordering 128MB SDRAM and it accepted my pre-entered address just fine. It's very odd...
English

@melwood671 For a very small portion of people, it was because we don't ship to their country, but the system doesn't say this when you make an account.
Several EU errors that still don't make sense, and no commonality with others.
