@GNRailUK No one communicated anything to us at all. It’s just 30 minutes today but when it’s happening almost daily 30 minutes adds up. Before you know it you’ve spent more of your life stuck on trains than doing something worthwhile. So comms would be helpful.

@GNRailUK is there a fault on the 18.18 to Letchworth? When there is a fault you really need to inform us so that we can dash for other possible travel routes instead of us leaving us with no info whilst other trains we could take leave without us.

When an issue occurs, we try to communicate this with the driver and others on the network as soon as we can. If an issue occurs on the train then the driver will be temporarily occupied trying to address the problem but, we hope that they'll aim to notify customers at the earliest opportunity when it is possible to do so. ^Kirsty
