Hi Phil, no limit on the number of claims you can make but the automated system will reject if more than usual are made in one time to ensure authenticity in everyone's claim. They will however be manually reviewed once resubmitted. @GNRailUK Can you instruct your train crews to actually turn on the air conditioning for passengers in the current warm weather. Neither the 07.47 from Ely to London Kings X and the 18.18 return had any ventilation today, let alone cooling.

@LKBU__ @networkrail We are unable to confirm a platform until the train has arrived into the platform at London Kings Cross as all platforms are subject to change. The inbound service is expected to arrive into London Kings Cross at 18:18 at the moment. ^Max

@WVarsally It should be getting to Royston at 09:53. If you are travelling to King's Cross, it would still be better for you to get this one instead of the 09:46 (which stops at more stations and doesn't get to King's Cross until 10:52). ^Silva

Hi James. From what I can see, we have 6 cancellations across the whole day on the Welwyn Garden City - Moorgate line due to this, unfortunately. Three trains are having to run short form, including the 06:45 from King's Lynn which would usually attach at Cambridge (and was cancelled on northern stations due to this). I believe that there's about 5-10 units needing repairs, but I wouldn't be able to advise much further on this. ^Silva

If a train from King’s Lynn starts at Cambridge instead then the service from King’s Lynn is cancelled by any normal definition. How many more trains than normal needed repairs and why? @GNRailUK

Signs of growing anger @gnrailuk for consistently failing to provide the service they're paid for. I dread to ask but will trains from King's Lynn to London be running in the morning? Specifically the 6:15 or 6:45.
