@RetroForGame @polymegaHQ Avoid WWD at all costs. They'll just take your money and then act like you don't exist. 😡

@polymegaHQ Will you get a serious distributor in europe? It is impossible to buy the console directly from you. With shipping and custom fees it is incredible expensive. The WWD story is really scary. I do not think anyone would dare to buy from them.

@Richard03357901 @polymegaHQ @GmbhWorldwide Anyone had any progress on this. I got a refund from @polymegaHQ for lightguns order I cancelled but no acknowledgement of my request to cancel and refund from WWD... they do seem to have blocked me on here tho.

If you can't resolve it, refund all orders and be done with it. Simple. You've had my money 1294 days, it's ridiculous.

We the consumer should not have to have any concerns about your business relationship or be chasing up anything regarding the product. Do Better!

@polymegaHQ @NamelessLemon @GmbhWorldwide were an OFFICIAL distributor with @polymegaHQ and the reason we ordered through them. If we provide proof of our order with WWD to you then you should fulfill that order and fight WWD for the money back. It shouldn't be left with us to do the fighting!

You were happy enough to take our money many years ago without then passing it on to @polymegaHQ so if this is still the case then pay them what is required.

I feel like I've been robbed of my money and will never receive product.

I'm also now waiting since 15th Jan for a reply to an email that @polymegaHQ on X asked me to send them. It's the usual from both parties, loud noises for a period and then nothing hoping we all go away or forget etc.
