@thetrainline im wondering if you could help me my first train from birstol to newton was delayed by 40 mins and my train from newton to Paignton was cancelled tjis happened yesterday evening and it’s giving me no option for a refund or Comp!!!

@thetrainline I use Trainline everywhere go but it’s starting to really annoy me how many delay repays and stuff im having to do

@thetrainline Yes I had to get the train after my cancelled one! It said i was able to get a refund due to the cancellation but never gave me the choose to do it

Never using @thetrainline again! Rung on Friday and they proceeded a return now telling me I never called and they told me to ring national rail for a coach ticket! Im out 25 pound utter joke!!!!
