You must be a net taxpayer to vote. The dollar amount of your tax contribution must outweigh the dollar amount you consume in public services. If at any time your consumption of public services exceeds your tax contribution, your right to vote is revoked, and can only be restored when your net tax contribution is positive again.
This includes politicians and any other government worker by default, as ALL of their salaries, benefits, bribes, graft, etc., are contributed by the taxpayer. If you work for the government, your right to vote is revoked, not to be restored until you leave government employment and are a net taxpayer again.
Do that, and America would be saved overnight.
