Retirement is the wrong goal.
Freedom is the goal.
The ability to wake up and decide what YOU want to do that day… that’s the win.
I’m 42.
I’ll probably “retire” in about 3 years.
But the truth is… I don’t even care about retiring.
Because I already have the freedom.
I can choose what I work on.
I can choose how I spend my time.
I can walk away whenever I want.
That’s the game.
Stop chasing retirement.
Start building freedom.

My friend retired at 40.
Now he “works” about 30 minutes a day…trading options.
He lives in Cabo with an ocean view. No boss. No meetings. No corporate nonsense.
Averages $20K to $30K per month in options income.
Sold everything. Went fully nomadic with his wife.
Bet on himself… and won.
Freedom isn’t a fantasy. It’s a decision.

RT @rowingcoachac: @Chase That is stupid. It literally costs you nothing to ACH into another bank. I hated you as my bank and that is why…

Big misconception about Roth IRAs:
"I don't want all my money to be locked up until 59!"
That's not true.
You can always withdraw contributions (money you put in) at ANY TIME w/o penalty or taxes from a Roth IRA.
Put in $7,500 for 2026? Can pull out $7,500 at any time. But you shouldn't touch it though!

Peter Lynch ran Fidelity's Magellan Fund from 1977 to 1990.
Averaged 29.2% annually.
Beat the S&P 500 eleven out of thirteen years.
Turned $1,000 into $28,000.
Best track record of any mutual fund manager.
Maybe ever.
He retired at 46.
Because his daughters were growing up and he was missing it.
He later said he didn't know a single person on their deathbed who wished they'd spent more time at the office.
Could have managed money for another 30 years.
Chose family instead.
Knowing when to stop is underrated.

Started a second home fund 🏡
10% of every dollar I make from options goes straight into a high yield savings account 💰
• Started 2 weeks ago
• Already at $4,000
• Completely separate from investing capital
Goal 🎯
$300,000 in 5 years
Yes, that means I plan to make $3,000,000 in options over the next 5 years
Big goals scare people
Systems make them inevitable
Pay yourself first
Let math do the heavy lifting 📈

If you put $25,000 into $VOO and $25,000 into $SCHD at 20 years old and never add another dollar
Total invested
$50,000
Based on long term averages
By 60 years old
Your portfolio could be worth over $2 million 💰
And the income side matters too
Between the two, you could reasonably be collecting $50,000+ per year in dividends, with that income continuing to grow
No trading
No timing
No stress
Just starting early and letting time do the work
Most people never run this math
