@SIChrisMannix 5. The fans of teams like Washington, Utah, Brooklyn etc who got hosed in the lottery had much less to look forward to affecting attendance, morale, etc. Along with owners going to a DTC model for TV rights, the fan is being squeezed. Paying $20/month for Wiz games is nuts.

Several things here: 1. @SIChrisMannix is very good at what he does but he comes from a Boston background. I'm not sure he fully understands being a fan of a small market team. 2. Why is it suddenly a problem this year? OKC, San Antonio, Dallas, Philly all tanked...
