UPDATE: VICTORY! 🏆 After 19 days of harassment and them repeatedly trying to force a cheap ₹1200 downgrade on me, @RockWithboAt’s head office finally called today. Once I filed an NCH Grievance and sent a legal notice, their "system limitations" magically disappeared.
