Re drift hack this is my working hypothesis The wallet 55udxhScWQxM7cC9d1NPBQoEDC7B38w81EWKPZsM7ZCW received 600M CVT solscan.io/tx/5grZRbdZ2kK… Deposited into Drift: solscan.io/tx/5V72ZK1WejP… And that probably made the guy have "$500 million in collateral". The withdraws afterwards are just "borrowing against collateral"

It might be a smart contract bug where the deposit function didn't correctly check the token mint! The mint used in the deposit is retrieved via get_token_mint(remaining_accounts_iter) — meaning it comes from remaining accounts rather than being validated through Anchor's declarative #[account(constraint = ...)] system. The code doesn't appear to have an explicit struct-level constraint that verifies the deposited token's mint matches the spot market vault's expected mint.

SFDP destaked because you have 1 epoch too low vote credits. You'll get it back in 2 epochs or so as long as you don't go down. I think all your stake allows a 5/10 commission instead of 0/0, then your brake even point should ~75K stake (where you are right now when SFDP is back). Are you already doing doublezero multicast? You should have more stake from doublezero.

As a ~6 year Solana validator, this last year was the most painful one. Boss i am tired.
