I will never understand the silence around Oct 7th’s violence against women and girls. This is Naama, she is an innocent, kidnapped teenager. “The 19-year-old was part of a global peace organization bringing together Jews, Arabs and Americans and volunteered at a kindergarten helping new Israeli immigrants from Ethiopia.” Including Naama, there are still 19 women being held hostage in Gaza. Young women were the next group due to be released during the ceasefire but they weren’t.
