@Hilton, we have been sitting in the hotel reception for 90 mins with a reservation and you still cannot check us in. It’s 01:10 in the morning…sort this out!!!

@AirCanada flight cancelled after 6 hours in the airport with repeated extension to delays into the early hours. Now been sitting in the hotel for an hour to check in despite already having a reservation number. Utter shambles!!!
