@HalifaxBank we've had an email to say you are sending us new cards, can I ask, why would we be getting new cards when we only had new ones last year ?

@Rodge2014 Does the number on the email match the number on your online banking? As the new card number will show their first before the physical card arrives. ^Katy.

@HalifaxBank So tell me, it says 'To help you spot a genuine email from us, we’ll always greet you with your title and last name, and we include last four digits of your card number' yet the four digits quote belongs to neither of our credit cards ??? but the email looks genuine

@Rodge2014 We are currently in the process of changing our credit card provider from Mastercard to Visa and issuing new cards to our customers. Once you receive the email or text to advise the card is on its way it will normally arrive in 5-7 working days. ^Katy

@HalifaxBank It's a credit card, we haven't asked for it to be replaced, we had the email at the end of March, but nothing has arrived yet

@DVLAgovuk can I ask how long you are taking to return original PIP documentation & refunds when applying for the 50% discount on Road Tax ? You've had my husbands documents for over a month & we really need them back

@MartinSLewis My Severn Trent metered water bill is going up by 78% this month !!!!! They say I used the same amount of water in 24/25 than I did in 25/26, so I'm guessing this is a 78% rise in the costs as opposed to usage, it seems really steep, can it possibly be right ??

@Rodge2014 Hi, there isn’t a downloadable form for this. If you can send us a letter that includes the full name and address and confirms that no live TV is being watched at the property, that will be fine. Thank you.

@tvlicensing without having to telephone, how can someone tell you they do not need a TV License ? The online form requires an email address & the old couple I am trying to help, don't have one, so we can not complete the form

@tvlicensing I'll help them write a letter then. Do you have a form anywhere I can download to complete or do we just say in the letter that they don't access or watch anything ?

@RoyalMail can you stop delivering my mail to a different road, I have reported this many times & you still keep doing it. I can't report today as online function isn't working and the phone line is over an hour wait, the irony that the only way to complain might be a letter

@DVLAgovuk every year my hubby has to pay his road tax bill & then request 50% refund by sending his PIP letter in. You keep it for at least 2 months of every year. As he now has a 10year PIP how do we arrange for a bill off just 50% & not have to send the PIP every year

@Go_CheshireWest out done yourselves. Sent us this leaflet twice, once in an envelope addressed to us & again not in an envelope, all in the same post. How much has that added to my council tax ?

@MartinSLewis what do you do when the CUE database for car insurance has inaccurate information, you have provided proof numerous times but no one responds or corrects it. Insurance now consider us liers as obviously they will belief the database not us 😞
