I was told I would never walk properly again. I decided that wasn’t going to be my story. That single piece of stubbornness became the foundation for everything that followed: three businesses, a disciplined body, and a platform for men who refuse to accept the ceiling society hands them. I grew up between two worlds. Raised in London, rooted in Ecuador. Shaped by both, fully belonging to neither. That tension didn’t confuse me. It gave me a perspective most people in either country don’t have. I hold master’s degrees from UCL and York. I lectured at university until the system showed me exactly how it works. Merit loses to connections. Mediocrity gets promoted. I left. I ran for congress in Ecuador without a party because I believed in a vision, not a faction. The country wasn’t ready. I moved forward anyway. I built my businesses through corruption, economic collapse, disloyal competition and months where I didn’t know if I could make payroll. Today I operate a gym, a real estate development company, and Renacer 360. Built from the ground up, in a country that makes building hard on purpose. I came out the other side with systems, discipline and zero tolerance for excuses, including my own. My worldview is conservative, faith-driven and unapologetic. I train daily. Not for aesthetics, but because the same principles that build a body build an empire. One day at a time. No shortcuts. Compounding over time. I believe in God, free markets, personal responsibility and Arsenal Football Club 🔴. I believe money is a machine for creating opportunity, not a destination. I believe power, influence and recognition are worth fighting for and I am honest enough to say it out loud. I am not running from Ecuador. I am running toward an empire that one country cannot contain. The UK is next.

The real reason Arsenal are hated: We have something that cannot be bought or won… A level of class and taste that can only be developed through experience. The longest unbroken record in the top tier of English football and a history of discerning decisions balancing risk and tradition. Chelsea, City, Liverpool & United cannot even dream of this level of class. So they attack and mock… well enjoy the gutter boys, at least you can look up to the stars from down there.

@RayDalio Studying rules and systems to improve decisions sounds systematic but it assumes the past patterns repeat enough to matter. in reality the biggest calls come from seeing what breaks the system, not tightening it. most frameworks just give you better excuses when you're wrong.

As a professional decision maker, I have spent my life studying how to make decisions effectively and have constantly looked for rules and systems that will improve my odds of being right and ending up with more of whatever it is that I am after. One of the most important things I've come to understand is that most of the processes that go into everyday decision making are subconscious and more complex than is widely understood. For example, think about how you choose and maintain a safe distance behind the car in front of you when you are driving. Now describe the process in enough detail that someone who has never driven a car before can do it as well as you can, or so that it can be programmed into the computer that controls an autonomous car. I bet you can't. Now think about the challenge of making all of your decisions well, in a systematic, repeatable way, and then being able to describe the processes so clearly and precisely that anyone else can make the same quality decisions under the same circumstances. That is what I aspire to do and have found to be invaluable, even when highly imperfect. While there is no one best way to make decisions, there are some universal rules for good decision making. #principleoftheday

@RayDalio Honestly the best decisions I’ve made didn’t feel like decisions at the time. They just felt right. And the worst ones? I overthought every single one of them. Turns out your gut has been paying attention even when you haven’t.

@honordetigre Good list. I’d add one more. Invest in your health before anything on this list. Because none of it matters if you’re not around to enjoy it.

Cuando empieces a ganar mucho dinero, haz lo siguiente: 1. Compra menos ropa, pero de la mejor calidad. 2. Come alimentos de primera calidad, no comida basura. 3. Gran impacto: desarrolloexponencial.net

People complain about the rich not paying enough taxes. Nobody talks about where those taxes actually go. Build a business and find out real fast how much the state takes before you see a single cent of profit. Then watch what they do with it. The anger is always directed at the wrong people.

A man must build 3 things. A body that lasts. Not for aesthetics, so you can keep going when everything demands more than you have. A mind that creates. Not one that reacts, consumes or follows. One that builds something from nothing. A skill that changes your surroundings. Not just your bank account, the people, the environment, the opportunities around you. Most men build one. Some build two. Few build all three. The gap between those groups is everything.

A man must build 3 most important pillars of his life; 1. A body that can handle pressure. 2. A mind that doesn’t panic. 3. A skill that creates income. Fail in one, and everything suffers.

Who decides what someone deserves? The same people who never built anything, never hired anyone, never risked everything on an idea that had no guarantee of working. Zuckerberg built something 3 billion people chose to use every single day. Nobody forced them. The value was real. The moment someone creates that kind of value for that many people the conversation about what they “deserve” becomes embarrassing.

Mark Zuckerberg is the only human to be worth $100 billion by age 36. Do billionaires deserve their money? Some people say they don’t.

Everyone romanticises the overnight success and forgets the 5 years that looked like complete failure. The problem isn’t that people don’t know this. It’s that they quit at year 3 because nothing looks like it’s working and nobody is there to tell them they’re actually one decision away. Patience isn’t passive. It’s the hardest thing you’ll ever do.

The thing nobody tells you about exponential change is that it feels like nothing is happening right up until the moment everything happens at once.
