Indy Testing thoughts: - there is a different sense of urgency when there is no bumping, you can hear it everyone’s voices - this will bode very well for Takuma Sato. He already was taking risks when there was bumping now you can do basically whatever with your sets to experiment? He’s gonna be one to watch. - Coyne collectively looks completely different than the last few years - The JHR DRR (Team Acronym Racing) had solid on track days despite Harvey’s engine letting go. Veekay is always quick here anyways and now he has a broader team to help. - Beyond that, hard to make any conclusions from testing

I don't see how this benefits anyone other than existing team owners. Open teams are healthy for the sport and they were already scarce

The hybrid’s brought the weight back to the rear, but the cars are horribly overweight. 14 year old chassis not designed for the aeroscreen or the hybrid. I’m thankful for the aeroscreen, but it’s worsened the racing quality.

I really don't think it's a Palou thing. Indycar's racing quality just hasn't been there for a while since they tried to fit the heavy hybrids into the cars

Long Beach really is the IndyCar equivalent of Monaco.

This race has been so bland. Outside of Palou once again getting lucky with the yellow, it’s been a very uncompetitive race. Botched start, uncompetitive race, way too many commercials, and most dominant driver wins. Embarrassing product today. #IndyCar
