@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help I’m asking for one fair review of my Dasher account. I was deactivated because of a previous driver’s license suspension that came from a speeding ticket. I fully accepted responsibility and completed everything required by the California DMV. Today, my situation is completely different: The California DMV officially reinstated my driving privileges. My driver’s license is VALID. I received an official email from Checkr confirming that my California license is valid and that they have the updated DMV record on file. Despite all of this, my account remains inactive because of my past suspension history instead of my current valid driving status. I have already submitted my official DMV reinstatement order, my valid license information, and the Checkr confirmation. I respectfully ask that my appeal be reviewed based on my current record, not only my past history. I am a full-time Dasher. For the last 7 days I have been sitting at home unable to work. DoorDash has been my primary source of income, and every day without work makes it harder to pay my rent, car payment, insurance, gas, and other basic living expenses. I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m only asking for one fair opportunity and for my case to be reviewed using the latest official information from the DMV and Checkr. Please give me a second chance. I genuinely want to work honestly, follow every rule, and continue supporting myself and my family. Thank you for your time. 🙏

@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help @checkr My Dasher account was temporarily blocked a few days ago due to a background check. DoorDash told me to contact Checkr, so I did and resubmitted my documents. Checkr reviewed my background report and informed me that DoorDash is responsible for the final decision regarding my account access. I contacted DoorDash again, but support keeps telling me to contact Checkr. For several days, I have been sent back and forth between DoorDash and Checkr with no clear answer or resolution. @DoorDash @DoorDash_Help Please review and escalate my case to the appropriate Background Check/Account Review team. I have all emails and proof available. I just need a clear answer and proper assistance.
