@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help @checkr My Dasher account was temporarily blocked a few days ago due to a background check. DoorDash told me to contact Checkr, so I did and resubmitted my documents. Checkr reviewed my background report and informed me that DoorDash is responsible for the final decision regarding my account access. I contacted DoorDash again, but support keeps telling me to contact Checkr. For several days, I have been sent back and forth between DoorDash and Checkr with no clear answer or resolution. @DoorDash @DoorDash_Help Please review and escalate my case to the appropriate Background Check/Account Review team. I have all emails and proof available. I just need a clear answer and proper assistance.

.@Checkr is hands down the worst website I’ve ever used. Broken links, nonexistent customer support, endless automated emails, and an account system that locks you out when you actually need it. Absolute dumpster fire. @TeamRubicon

Why is @Uber @Uber_Support and @checkr taking THREE weeks to do my criminal background check?! Everything else is done. This is preventing me from driving. I can’t get anyone in the United States to speak to me. Outsourcing sucks!

@DoorDash you guys really threw away me, a driver that had a 5 star rating for months and 18,000 deliveries under his belt because @checkr said he had a couple of tickets from 3+ years ago??? That’s at least 3 background checks later where this was never an issue!!!

@doordash locked my out my account because @checkr said my license expired in 2023. Well it’s 2026, and my license doesn’t expire until 2027. How can they do this so close to the 1st of the month. What if I depended on it. They trash man.

@lyft @AskLyft Hi, If your third party background checking team is inefficient and create delays why don’t you guys trust the local police department reports and background check. When the @checkr are pathetic in providing quick response and results.

This is wild. I have begged @Uber for 2 weeks to fix the information on my background check (which will never finish) because they have the wrong zip code and the wrong GEO, resulting in @checkr trying to get criminal history from Jacksonville, SC, which does not exist. I decided to go to @lyft to see if they are better. I was able to upload my new driver's license and might be able to drive by tomorrow. So crazy.

@SenWarren Update you cannot get out of being a dasher? So not sure why @DoorDash has it set up like that! The company that did the authorization is called @checkr that works with them now I have 10 days to try to dispute something that I never game an authorization for my background run

@Uber_Support @Uber Y'all need to change @checkr being your background check vendor. It doesn't take several months. I drive school bus, federal, state, child abuse and drivers license check took me 4 days.

The process with @Uber ,@Lyft, and @doordash with @Checkr is not easy and been going through a "merry go round" dealing with background check. Especially if it has been YEARS and trying to resolve or whatever method. Thinking of just giving folk ride and charge $20-$100

@lyft I’ve been a driver for years with a CLEAN @Checkr record Your support agents Mon and Don just suspended me for 90 days due to a "verification error" they refused to fix manually. This is an injustice. I have Ticket #239430360. I need a HUMAN to look at this, not a bot.

@checkr is one of the worst companies I’ve ever seen in my life. They have people that don’t know laws that do not care that. Just wanted to take2-3 weeks to update oldd information, stopping my partner from working. I am a disabled that is struggling with health they’re monsters

I’m filing a classaction suit against @Uber and @checkr because now that you’re paying with my money, you’re associating me with someone else. I’m tired of these companies using bots because it’s faster!
