@ChaoticMeatball Big same. Gen 2 took me out of Pokemon for about a decade before I came back for Platinum. Don’t like any of the starters, or the region. Glad Pokemon survived Gen 2.

I'm not just on the bandwagon, Gen 2 and their remakes were the only games I was disappointed with as a kid from the franchise until X&Y rolled along. Thankfully Black and White came out 6 months later in Japan so I could quickly wash them down despite the language barrier.
