@johnrivers131 I’ve noticed this with guys that score 15 - 18ppg efficiently usually 55% and above never really improve they always hover around that point. It’s actually great in itself especially in Chet’s case cos he supplements it with great defense it just kind of gives a false hope

Chet been misdiagnosed for years by fans and media bc of flashes. He is 15-18 ppg guy with elite defense

Never projected Chet as a top 2 scoring option. That's never really been his game. Even college & HS, wasn't a 25/30ppg guy

31 PTS per 75 on 15% OnBall is actually f*cking disgusting 😭
Most players need 30%+ OnBall and full heliocentric offenses just to touch the 20s in volume. Wemby is putting up MVP scorer numbers while barely monopolizing possessions.
That’s why he’s the most scalable player in basketball already. Doesn’t stop ball movement, which is more valuable as a playmaker than his raw assist numbers, doesn’t need to spam touches, can kill you as a roller, spacer, cutter, transition weapon, mismatch AND self creator.
Literally breaking the normal usage/scoring curve while also being the entire defense lmao.

@MarcWestyNolan @WizardsNextUp And it’s always the “defense wins you championship” guys dismissing the defensive savants. In the conference finals alone Chet hasn’t been great offensively but o know what he brings on the defensive end so I think he’s on of the better performers just off that
