⚠️ Two nurses in Tehran who treated wounded protesters were arrested by Islamic regime terrorists and gang-raped in custody. One 33-year-old nurse was repeatedly raped for days. Her injuries were so severe that doctors had to remove part of her intestine, leaving her with a permanent colostomy bag. Her uterus was torn and may still have to be removed after multiple surgeries. Before surgery, she reportedly begged doctors not to save her life.
