X Payout Portfolio Challenge #9 I just got paid $2,036 from X and TRANSMUTED it into another 130 shares of ASST. Buying the ASST dip w/ shares + calls worked out. MSTR performance has been good too. I have now invested $10,827 this year and the portfolio is now worth $15,164. The goal of this little portfolio is just to beat the Bitcoin hurdle rate, while I still buy Bitcoin every day :) I am now up 40.1% YTD. Bitcoin is -12.5% YTD. Outperforming Bitcoin by about 52.5% so far this year. If compared to buying BTC on each of these days instead, I still outperform BTC by 37.7%. ONWARD!

Would love to see Strategy announce a 25,000 Bitcoin purchase along with scaling of the USD reserve tomorrow. STRC is going to blow binds next month. Semi-monthly dividends will increase liquidity and demand. SATA will also become semi-monthly and allow digital credit investors to get weekly dividend payments. The volatility will continue to get crushed. The credit quality of Strategy will strengthen tremendously. Investment grade credit rating is inevitable, unlocking the true oceans of capital to flow to Bitcoin. The S&P 500 will be forced to admit Strategy and once that happens, the passive flows and demand for digital credit will drive Bitcoin to $1 million and beyond. For those of you who don't fully grasp the MAGNITUDE of what is happening with STRC and Bitcoin right now... let me spell it out for you. Strategy has likely already acquired ~4,000 Bitcoin or so in the first half hour of trading today, assuming last week's capture rate above $100. Let's take that as $302 million in cash. This is money that NEVER has to be paid back, because it isn't debt. Take $302 million and apply a 25% CAGR (this is considerably LESS than the Bitcoin Power Law... just to be CONSERVATIVE). After a decade this is $2.8 BILLION. For that decade, Saylor has to pay a dividend. It's an 11.5% dividend right now, but it'll probably drop as the perceived risk profile drops the larger the Bitcoin hoard gets. But remember, just to be CONSERVATIVE, let's keep the 11.5% number. That means over the decade that is $347.3 million in dividend payments. The dividend amount is FIXED in DEPRECIATING FIAT and the Bitcoin acquired is APPRECIATING. Over a decade, that is $2.5 BILLION CAPTURED. From HALF an HOUR of trading. Saylor is giving the way out to the fixed investors earning 3% by lending to governments that are going insolvent. This is the biggest pool of capital on EARTH, straight into Bitcoin. You are early still. But you won't be for long. It would be a REAL SHAME if the entire world found about this... THIS IS THE BITCOIN SINGULARITY.

ASST put premiums are absolutely filthy right now. Example: May 8 $9 cash-secured put Premium: $0.60 Collateral: $900 per contract That is: 6.67% return in 28 days ~86.9% annualized gross Break-even at $8.40 Stock is at $10.42 and the market is paying you like the building is on fire. Either you collect a stupid premium for waiting, or you get assigned shares at an effective cost basis nearly 19% below the current price. That is some serious juice.
