@CahairOKane1 That passage of play before the "foul" is a much bigger issue than timekeeping. We've had the messiahs in the FRC, enforced changes but still, nobody will tell us what a foul is?! It is ridiculous, even in a single game, how inconsistent the interpretation of a legal tackle is.

The rule is that the time restarts when the ref blows the whistle - not when the ball is kicked. Hooter should have gone pretty much straight away as O’Shea stood there. Both things happened throughout the game. Massively inconsistent way of keeping time
