@spotted_model Yep. Biodefense mode just makes a positive pressure cabin with the blower on high.

Didn’t realize in the S or X that even if you don’t press that bio defense mode button, the HEPA filter is still filtering and needs replacement over time. Just got the bill to replace mine. $450.

@nick_larys @NevrEnoughX @cybertruck It’s more than just a filter. The blower motor blows at a much stronger speed in order to make a positive pressure cabin.

@NevrEnoughX @cybertruck Not sure if true but I heard that if you replace the filter with the HEPA filter, the bio hazard option pops up. Need to try it out.
