I've been working on We All Make A Platformer (wamp.land) for about a month now. It's like mario maker meets r/place - anyone can come and build a platforming level, and all the levels interconnect. Today, a bunch of people showed up all at once! I guess they must have come from SOMEWHERE, but I haven't been able to figure out where. I chased them around and tried to talk to them in game. I am trying to figure out how to turn visitors like this into community members. It's a tough nut to crack.

I unfortunately got to be on the ugly side of random internet hate last year for things that now is more clear wasn’t me at all, but I had to just sit back and take it at the time It’s super easy to get sucked into caring what people on the internet think of you, I certainly did at first, but letting yourself slip into it is dangerous, it’s all about finding external distractions Every time you feel yourself slipping, go to your outlet and escape For me it was going shooting and driving my cars, not a single comment I ever got calling me a scammer, a fraud, or worse would be relevant after I stepped away and did either of those things, especially since none of it was true People develop parasocial relationships to online figures in many forms, they don’t know you at all, they just see a sliver or fragment of you and believe it’s a full picture, so you can’t take it too personally if they don’t like the sliver they see

@satanisterr @Bober_smart Can’t quite automate with free… but no problem. Build a project vault → share with Claude → update files → download & replace. Rinse and repeat. Acts as a cleaner, faster way to bring continuity between Claude sessions.
