I don't want my position and opportunities to be forced on teams because of some stupid expectation in the name of diversity. Sorry but you make it hard for us. I have to work twice as hard to gain respect because of the turmoil you create.

Now this is a problem in the "progressive world?" It's crap like this that makes it hard like Female coaches like me who coach men.
