When I log in, I’m advised to “deposit more funds” yet my monthly amount was taken on the 12th Jan and it ‘looks like’ (without forensically digging around), I’m not re-entered into draws automatically. I gave up in the end.

When I look at ‘my games’ I don’t care about the date purchased, I just want to see what draw it’s for. The tiles don’t even stack in order of the draw date it’s soo bloody annoying. @TNLUK

@virginmedia I can’t sign in to the Sky Sports app to watch the very important cricket match this morning. Just get an error message when I try to select Virgin Media at sign in saying “Apologies, we can’t load the page at the moment”. Please fix asap.

@virginmedia Come on Virgin Media its the 5th day of the test match in 5 minutes and the Sky Sports login is broken, theres are multiple people mentioning it to you when you search about it. Please acknowledge and fix it soon. Also can I add its the same for logging in everywhere
