FFRDCs/GOCOs, and make sure we are including @ENERGY and @NNSANews FFRDC National Laboratories such as @SandiaLabs, @LosAlamosNatLab, and @ORNL, serve as R&D aces and long-term strategic partners within such programs, possessing the personnel and expertise to solve problems the USG cannot handle "in-house" while featuring exponentially more access to sensitive information and covert national programs over standard contractors. FFRDC/GOCO/UARC structure allows relevant USG agencies/services to keep UFO legacy program elements outside of traditional oversight and accountability channels, whilst still retaining full program control. Also, there is a very good reason @northropgrumman is listed by Rep B amongst all these FFRDCs, almost like Northrop has their own weird, private thing going.

We went to deliver a message and that message is that this is a new era. This president is demanding disclosure and we wanted assurances that they are understanding of that and on the same page.
