i think universities are fundamentally broken. think back to it - outside of lectures, you might have office hours twice a week. that's ridiculous. tuition is basically the financing engine for academic research. big need for schools like @LambdaSchool to reinvent this model

The more I interview, the more I see the parallels between interviewing and VC, you have to: Build relationship of trust & honesty fast. Gauge temperament of other person, alter yours + respond. Ask precise questions to uncover truth fast. It’s all in the follow up. 👍
