Mamu can legit play. And most importantly can stretch the floor a bit which gives the Raptors a different look with their bigs. Can put the ball down too. Pretty unique archetype. It’s a solid flier with the final roster spot.

The Toronto Blue Jays will likely lose Vlad Guerrero Jr. to a remarkably svelte combination of asset mismanagement, public relations failures, and alienating him through repeated trips to arbitration. I’ve never missed Alex Anthopoulos more than I do right now. What a farce of a front office in a league without a salary cap. He should have signed ages ago or been traded to improve this meandering excuse of a team once Shapiro & Atkins realized he was in it for the money and nothing more. Both sides are a dog’s breakfast of modern capitalist baseball philosophy; the petulant superstar who plays with aloof indifference to the fans whilst existing in the same space with hugely unpopular executives spewing gobbledygook like it’s candy. I really hope I’m wrong, but something tells me this won’t end well.
