@GaryLineker @RestIsFootball Would a lot of the problems with VAR not be fixed by simply putting a 30s time limit on all decisions? If you can’t spot a clear and obvious error in 30s then it isn’t clear and obvious. Fewer breaks, less delays and still stops the howlers

@GaryLineker @RestIsFootball A lot of the problems with VAR are solved with a 30 second time limit. If something is not a clear and obvious enough error to spot in 30s then it isn’t enough for VAR to intervene - stick with the on field call. Fixes long delays and re refereeing?
