@ArpitJhaveri @rotimatic My case - 1. First machine broke after 3 weeks and got replacement 2. Second machine broke on 1st roti itself 3. Another replacement, Third machine broke after 2 weeks So got refund and now they aren't responding to take machine 1 and 2 back with label...thanks @rotimatic

Update: I had a written confirmation from #Rotimatic "CEO escalations" team that replacement machine will be shipped by May 11 and tracking no will be shared by May 13. Guess what, no updates so far. I sent a follow up 40 hours ago, response awaited. @rotimatic please advise 🙏
