@rotimatic My Rotimatic unit has been non-functional since 8 weeks. Support approved a replacement under extended warranty, but after 8 weeks there’s still no ship date or tracking. Please escalate and provide a firm update

Update: I had a written confirmation from #Rotimatic "CEO escalations" team that replacement machine will be shipped by May 11 and tracking no will be shared by May 13. Guess what, no updates so far. I sent a follow up 40 hours ago, response awaited. @rotimatic please advise 🙏
