FACT: Nothing in the Utah Constitution makes Utah a vote-by-mail state. For over 160 years (before we were even a State) we voted in-person. In the early days of the Utah Territory, some voters (some of them my progenitors) loaded their families in a wagon and traveled over 100 miles just to get to their polling place to vote. Deidre's corrupt GOP buddies did this vote-by-mail shit to us in 2012. I hated it then and I hate it now. I say let's repeal Utah Code §20A-3a-202 and take her argument away.

Cabbage and kielbasa has been a frequent meal in our household Previously it was always made on the stove and steamed at the end Tonight my wife made it in the oven by basically halfing and then quartering the cabbage, cut side up, drizzled with olive oil then salted and peppered with slices of the sausage on the sheet and placed in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes It was the best ever... 😋

@mr_seans I just put four pork chops in the sous vide water bath... a little more involved, but not bad Hopefully they'll taste good in a couple hours once they're seared and ready🤞

Crockpot Crack Chicken tonight. Easy and cheap, and oh so good.

Introvert's dilemma 🤔 Do I want to make money on X? Yes Do I want to engage with others to qualify for monetization? Ewwww... people I keep saying that the algorithm is introvertphobic but I don't have the energy to actively farm for engagement and even if I did, it wouldn't be true to myself

@mr_seans @Rowdy_Introvert Cabbage sliced, ground beef, rice, seasonings like salt/pepper, a big can of tomato juice covers the mix - in a large baking pan, foil covered, pop in the oven until rice is done. A Mennonite variation of cabbage roll recipe that I learned in ND. But kielbasa is delish!

@Musekinin_WoWs We've done it that way as well, usually if we have left over ingredients that need to get used... We'll have to see how well that transitions to oven roasting should the opportunity arise

@Rowdy_Introvert I usually cook it in a pot with broth. Add some carrots, onions and potatoes too. Almost a stew

Yesterday was just frustrating as there appears to be a lack of communication I texted my daughter what time I should pick up her up and the response mentioned 4:00 only to find out she really meant was now (3:15 at the time) but I had to go get my son from an after school activity, home and immediately head back out to get him to work by 4:00 Meanwhile, my son turned off his data on his phone some time before sending me a text to pick him up at a completely different location, so I didn't get that information until I got on the phone with him because he was no where in sight
