@anna_annabav Not sophisticated but... comfort food 'Courgette cheesy rice' is a family favourite invention Basically a risotto. Onion, rice, stock / wine, loads of courgettes and stir in cheddar /parmesan / herbs at the end I generally add any other tired green veg from the fridge

Agreed @Francis_Sanday.Acute hospitals need to be 'dying friendly' - requires sustained cultural change, can-do approach from many and some estate improvements. True compassionate care shines through regardless of decor etc but privacy can be an issue - more side-rooms needed
