NEW: Canadian hockey player Matt Petgrave will face no criminal charges in the slashing de*th of Adam Johnson. Johnson sadly passed after getting his neck sliced open in 2023. Petgrave was later arrested on suspicion of manslaughter by South Yorkshire Police.
