New faculty guidelines from Barnard College at Columbia University. Professors are not allowed to post signs on their door "that support a geopolitical view or perspective". When talking about "geopolitical views or perspectives", faculty must talk about both sides.

@Djuna22 Wait what is the problem. Just don't park. Anywhere. Ever. At least during those days. Or for the next 24 hours. Whichever is most convenient. But be open to suffering the consequences if you are wrong. But whatever you do, don't park there when the clock says 24 hours.

(4/4) Finally, I love the light you and @JeremyStahl place on the Trump world of litigation (I hope I am not infringing on the TM!), but it might be more accurate to speak of the "Stormy Daniels" case as the "election finance fraud" case, or something like that.

(3/4) would that mean something similar for Viagra? I don't know how Viagra and Mifepristone compare on the safety front, but one sees in the media anecdotal evidence of harm. This would obviously raise both the standing and the merits issue.

(1/4) @Dahlialithwick Just listened to the latest episode of Amicus (excellent as always). A few thoughts. If standing is upheld on the Mifepristone case, does that mean a doctor could go to court to challenge a state's gun laws under the theory that someone might seek medical

@KorematsuCtr Also a relatively recent convert to one space. But muscle memory still resists. And have always been on team Oxford comma. And never thought about right justification but I generally don't like it. :-)
