Invited a known islamist terrorist to No.10 while simultaneously banning foreign commentators from the UK for merely reporting on the border fiasco. Took two weeks to find a Royal Navy ship that actually worked. Introduced legislation that will destroy the private rental market and create hundreds of thousands of homeless families. Promised to build 1.5 million homes in five years despite everyone telling him it would be impossible. Failed to help motorists and hauliers after the rise in the price of fuel caused by the war in Iran. Continues to allow Ed Milliband to wreck the UK's energy industry with his insane Net Zero policies. Raised the minimum wage and employers National Insurance contributions leading to thousands of job losses and businesses folding. Introduced VAT to private school fees leading to many excellent seats of learning closing their doors. Consistently refused to answer questions during the session in the parliamentary week set aside for this specific purpose. Consistently failed to accept responsibility for any wrong doing, preferring to sack others instead. Alienated "working people" while claiming to be on their side. And the lies. The constant lies. Failure. Failure. And more Failure. Time to go.

You've got to admire the man's ego. He is the ONLY thing standing between the entire country and CHAOS. What glorious self-importance.

These are tough results for Labour. There’s no sugarcoating it. We’ve lost brilliant Labour representatives who’ve stood up for their communities. People are still frustrated. Their lives aren’t changing fast enough. We haven’t offered enough hope or optimism for the future. I was elected to change this country - tough days like this don’t weaken my determination to do that. They strengthen it.

This is one of the most intriguing charts in the world right now. Not necessarily because China’s annual CO2 emissions are on another planet, we all know that already, but because climate ideology remains almost entirely centered in Western Europe. If you truly believe that frustrating housing development, blocking roads, gluing yourself to buildings, or throwing soup at priceless art is the way to make the world better, why are you not doing it where it has the biggest impact? If you believe in catastrophic climate projections, including the extreme scenarios that even the United Nations is now moving away from, and if you believe that destroying things and severely disrupting people’s lives is the way to reduce CO2 emissions, then at least focus on where the biggest reductions can actually be achieved. Instead, after years of societal damage, activists keep demanding more idiotic measures in countries that have already cut emissions and are nowhere near China’s levels. In Europe, climate ideology has produced massive imbalances: housing shortages, energy insecurity, loss of competitiveness, industrial decline, wealth destruction, and rising polarization. All without anything close to a meaningful global reduction in CO2 emissions.

She’s outstanding. The only serious leader out there.

@SamaHoole Training has to have progress. No progress and all it is is maintenance.

Things that feel like training and are not: - Sweating - Being out of breath - The pump - Muscle soreness the next day - A high heart rate - Leaving the gym dizzy - Lying on the bench between sets staring at the ceiling Things that are training: - Lifting more weight than you did last time, or the same weight for one extra rep, with the same form, and walking out of the building roughly the same colour you walked in You will, over time, learn to spot the difference. Most people do not.
