Are you a part-time TLR holder doing the whole responsibility for partial pay? *Is that unfair?* YES *Why is it happening?* STPCD wording in England says TLR1 & 2 have to be paid pro rata to part-time staff (in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 it now says MAY be pro rata) *What can you do about it?*
