I've been hit with a sciatica flare-up. Excruciating pain: cannot sit, lie down or even stand. In our day/age you can't see a doctor for a sciatica attack because you're instantly labeled as a "drug seeker". Today's doctors aren't willing to deal with pain. They only have one answer to any pain complaint: Tylenol.

@george_jazzcat I've had two bouts with sciatica and believe it or not, the best remedy is stretching. The first time I went to the hospital because of the pain, and after an injection of heavy duty pain meds, they sent me home with a stretching regimen. It worked! So the second time I didn't

It doesn't thrill me to say this, but the reality is that if an election is called this Summer as some of us suspect, Poilievre is all we have right now if we're to have any hope whatsoever of ousting Trudeau. Job #1 must be to remove the Liberals from power, at any cost, period, after that we regroup and go from there. One thing is 100% for certain, the PPC cannot help us get shot of JT now, or any time in the near future, that's just the way it is, those who think otherwise are simply kidding themselves. Sadly Bernier and his party have two hopes of being elected to power in Canada, Bob Hope and no fucking hope... so we must push on, focus on the job at hand and move forward with our best and sole option for now.

Down with the flu at the moment. Had C19 six months ago. This is much worse: higher fever, body aches, nausea. Covid was basically a sore throat for 5-6 days Admittedly, I was on IM, hydroxy and a plethora of supplements.
