I know you're getting an incredible amount of advice as this is getting views. But I'll add my 2c.
Try going for long walks / hikes with your dogs. Or just on your own. Youll find that you may clear 2-5x as much distance on a hike then you'd ever do on a treadmill.
Plus they are way more interesting.
Treadmills still good inbetween :)
The goal isn't to "build discipline" it's to find something active that you genuinely enjoy doing and look forward to doing. For some people that is weight training, hiking, rec sports, etc.
Once you unlock that piece then the rest will all come naturally.

@Rulerofsome1 You got this. Increase the incline by 1 percent every other workout, or what you feel your body and heart can handle. Once you finish that workout, you've achieved a new goal. Rinse and Repeat.

@Rulerofsome1 Swimming is great! And remember even if you are dropping the calories you still need to keep up protein and fiber. I recommend beans.

@Rulerofsome1 Keep at it bro. Also highly recommend alternating treadmill with recumbent bike machine as it is easier on the knees and ankles.

Don’t over do it working out, if ya do it’ll make ya hungry and the dieting hard.
Also never underestimate a good walk outside, get get some sun. Sun will also help ya lose weight, and help regulate your sleep and energy.

@Rulerofsome1 Keep going big boy, it works. Just increase the incline and speed as you are able, and if you have the time, take as many pauses as you like, makes no difference on calories burned.
