@Anya9629 @Snper22 The lawyer's application for withdrawal from MHJ's case indicates a break-down of the client-lawyer relationship. The court has to approve the motion. Application for withdrawals are often based on unpaid fees, conflicts of interest, or break-down of trust.

@KtownTani @Snper22 The court has to grant the application for withdrawal. The lawyer needs to lay out his motives and the court will evaluate those. Any potential delay will also be considered.

@Snper22 I heard that they also do it as a delay tactic as it means the court might agree to a delay to allow her additional time to find replacement representation. I am not sure if this applies however in this specific instance as I believe we’re just awaiting the verdict.
