@thameswater thanks for the useless reply. Yes I know the lack of water has been logged, I logged it 24 hrs ago. I want to know what you are going to do about it beyond the plaster you put on it today or tomorrow or whenever you fix it. @ofwat you are my next call

@thameswater I don’t mind one or 2 incidents but this is REPETITIVE. You have a problem with the pumping station. Where can I see what the plans are. A load of website words are just PR.

@thameswater when will you get your act together!!! You leave us without water roughly once a month for at least 24hrs. Last year it was for 5 days. It’s the same problem every time with the pumping station. FIX IT rather than put a plaster on.

Outdoor swimming is growing fast but it's not a fad - at least according to @outdoor_swimmer's latest survey data. 14% started in the previous 12 months while 42% have been doing it for more than 4 years. I'll be digging deeper into this data over the next couple of weeks.
