@WiscoBergstrom Thanks! I figured that strengthening my cardiovascular system and losing a bit of weight were two of the best things I could do in the absence of any vaccine as yet.

@Runblogger With two little kids I have let myself get out of the habits of good diet and regular exercise. However, my husband is a teacher so that has been my motivation as well. Stay healthy. ❤️

Been running between 10-20 miles every week since my school went remote in March, feeling like a runner again! I figure it's one of the best things I can do to COVID-proof my body as I prepare to head back in the classroom in a few weeks.

@hshawjr207 It will be interesting for sure. Since we are starting several weeks earlier than other area schools, I’m hoping we get a few weeks of time in person so I can develop relationships before we might have to consider going remote again.

@Runblogger Pete, do you know the closet thing they have to the Free 4.0 these days? I have a pair of those that I only use on trails but they are shot. Can't get out to shop right now due to Covid, hard to tell online what is similar.

@adrian_palumbo I really enjoyed my run in them yesterday. I had tried the Zoom Fly in when it first came out and was worried about medial stability due to the narrow sole, but this one felt great.

I ran my fastest mile in years today and @Garmin is down...figures...
