Here’s the deal: Abigail Spanberger, Don Scott, Louise Lucas and all their friends knowingly violated the Virginia Constitution. They purposefully violated clear constitutional procedures to deceive voters, capping off their master deception with ballot language meant to confuse everyone. They strongly argued for the VA Supreme Court to “wait” until after the referendum so their flood of money from national democrats could fund their brazen dishonesty and trick voters to “restore fairness”, and then claim “the will of the people” when the VA Supreme Court would undoubtedly strike down their unconstitutional attempt to disenfranchise millions of Virginians. It’s a disgusting disregard for Virginians, the Constitution and a flagrant violation of their oath of office.

@randydu55280024 @jasonwhitlock I coached a girl that broke the school record in the 1600m. I had coaches from D2 and D3 schools begging me to go to them. Her parents insisted on paying for her to go to Oregon so that she could ride pine for their soccer team. That was the last straw for me.

This and it’s expensive for many. High School is different as if your kid is good then getting involved in the summer club travel makes sense as these are recruiting camps. Your point about parents however is spot on and the primary reason I coached. I wanted to be on the opposite sideline.

@chrisorzy Travel sports are a money grab. If your kid is good enough for NIL, they are already found. Family time is a choice, don't need a kid in a sport to do that. School sports is a thing, more the better, you don't need a travel team to gain athletic skills.

Travel sports: - guaranteed family time every weekend - tour the entire country, see the sights - kids gain athletic skills and priceless memories - chance at scholarships/NIL money - kids stay out of trouble - make friends with people in town This is supposed to be “bad”?
