तपाईं भन्नुहुन्छ, “जातको कुरा नगरौँ, अपराध जात हेर्दैन।” तर म फेरि पनि जात र वर्गको कुरा गर्छु। सत्य के हो भने, यो समाजमा महिला हुनु नै असुरक्षित छ। अझ जब ती महिला निम्न आर्थिक वर्ग र ऐतिहासिक रूपमा राज्यद्वारा पछाडि पारिएका समुदायसँग सम्बन्धित हुन्छिन्, तब उनको असुरक्षा झन् गहिरो हुन्छ! सामाजिक, राजनीतिक र आर्थिक सबै तहमा। रिंकु सदा, अङ्गिरा पासी, गृष्मा राम, इनिशा बिक …….. पितृसत्ताले खोसेका जीवनहरूको सूची अझै लामो छ। यी नामहरूले दलित महिलाको जीवन कति भयंकर असुरक्षित छ भन्ने कठोर यथार्थ उजागर गर्छन्। धेरैले भन्छन् “जहाँ पनि जात घुसाउँछौ।” तर प्रश्न उल्टो हुनुपर्छ “किन यति धेरै पीडितहरू एउटै जातीय र वर्गीय समूहबाट आउँछन्?” जब समाज नै असमानताको जगमा मा बनेको हुन्छ, त्यहाँ हुने अपराध पनि त्यस असमानताबाट अलग हुन सक्दैन। एक अध्ययनअनुसार, १५५ जना दलित महिला बलात्कारको शिकार हुँदा मात्र १.५ प्रतिशतले न्याय पाएका छन्। नेपालको सत्ता संरचना, जातीय भेदभाव र वर्गीय असमानताले नै यो यथार्थ उत्पादन गरेको हो।अपराधले जात नहेर्ला, तर न्याय प्रणालीले, सामाजिक शक्तिले र हाम्रो मौनताले जात र वर्ग दुवै हेर्छ। जबसम्म हामी दलित महिलामाथि हुने यौन हिंसालाई जातीय, वर्गीय र पितृसत्तात्मक संरचनाको दृष्टिले बुझ्दैनौँ, तबसम्म न्यायको कुरा केवल खोक्रो रहनेछ। यो सत्य हो दलित महिलाहरूको असुरक्षा र हिंसा राज्यद्वारा संरक्षित संरचनागत असमानताको प्रतिफल हो। #JustceForInishaBK
