How the West can peacefully and cost-effectively promote an end to the Russo-Ukrainian War while supporting Ukraine: Increase oil production. Doing so would lower oil prices and compel Russia to cease hostile activities, just as we've seen before many times in their history.

@WarMonitor3 The cynic in me thinks the West purposely gave Ukraine just enough to not lose, but also to not win but rather grind Russia down...

I think some on the left deserve criticism not just Trump. Biden drip fed Ukraine aid to drain Russian conventional abilities as a strategy of deterrence, costing many lives and prolonging the war. People do not talk about that at all?

@RusUkrStrats @SteveWitkoff 1897 census doesn’t even call the language Ukrainian, and considera Little Russian to be a local dialect of Russian.

With regard to the "Russia speaking" claim by @SteveWitkoff. Census date from the Russian Empire in the 19th century shows these regions were all Ukrainian speaking. The only reason they speak Russian today is because of decades of forced Russification.

@kiraincongress I don't think you understand how much internal division there is in America right now. Anything that the Biden administration supported, the right/MAGA faction automatically wants to abandon. It's a reflex. America isn't cohesive anymore like it was pre-2020.

@adnashmyash It's strange the world hasn't figured out that Russia is not a good-faith actor at this point.

I am sure that the Trump team will lift some sanctions on Russia, but Russia will attack Ukraine with greater force. Because weakness always leads to greater aggression.

If you're focusing on the Signal chat as an isolated mistake, you're totally missing the point: it's just one symptom of a larger disease endemic to this administration. There will be many more scandals like this, of all different types and flavors, coming soon.
